Music has always been apart of "O.G.'s" life. From singing, to playing instruments, to eventually freestyle battling in middle and high school, O.G. has always had musical influences. His hard hitting bars and metaphors caught the attention of his peers which eventually got him to recording. Using influences such as Nas, The LOX, Notorious B.I.G., 2Pac, and G-Unit to name a few. He developed his own style and became part of a group called Royalz. They were very busy, releasing numerous mixtapes, either as a group or solo and circulated them throughout school, even representing their name in battles all across the city. They eventually took part in the very first Manifesto, but as time went on they went their separate ways. O.G. didn't let this stop him though, his talent and personality allowed him to forge relationships with a producers and engineers to continue to record and release projects. He traveled all over the GTA to make a name for himself by standing out in numerous showcases, most notably "Roc Da Mic" which invited him to their best of the best show. His last effort, "Then and Now" compiled some of his best works and is still viewed as underrated. After taking a slight break to adjust to the blessing of fatherhood, O.G. is ready once again to go full force and show his skills. With timeless bangers like "Purple Kush", "Matter Of Time" and now his latest single "5 In The Morning", his lyrical prowess is sure to stand out. "O.G. is currently working on a solo EP and collaborating with any like-minded artists in the city. Be on the lookout for what he has to offer!
