Chantelle is an upcoming artist born and raised in the heart of Toronto, in the inner cities where a Black and West Indian culture thrived amidst other ethnicity, but not without struggles. Chantelle had to learn how to be immune to hardships which has made her a remarkable and unique artist. She’s lost friends to the mean streets upon which she was raised and herself (whatever the incident was) almost falling to tragedy. Having experienced a major injury that almost paralyzed her she was left bedridden for almost a year with no guarantee to walk again and if so with some form of aid. "I took the time to think of who I want to be. I am not a quitter so I believed in my self and would do my therapy". Growing with a single mother who worked consistently hard to raise her, gave her the determination and she quickly understood the importance of a committed work Ethic. She is unbelievably talented and is a multidimensional artist. Chantelle can play the piano and loves to draw, "my art is core of who I am". However it is her music she uses to express who she is and wants the world to hear her. She has won numerous first place awards in competitions over the years but is now ready to spread her wings. Her hair and her fashion sense is always on point and this artist is not a follower. We can expect new creations from her often. As a performer she will deliver with confidence and passion. Although she is a humble person she believes strongly in her identity as a songbird. With influence from Aaliyah, Rihanna and Kehlani she maintains her element in her musical design. Her first song "That's Love" is already playing on radio waves in South America, West Indies and North America. Her video is in production and will delight her fans and any new audience that see it. Chantelle is currently in studio recording more magical music. The amazing thing is that this resilient young woman got up and went to work. Chantelle is an example that motivation can produce miracles.
